This beautiful old board came in for repairs the other day at my good friend Curly. Not every day that you see an Old Gordon Woods in SA. What a board. Serial No: 2254 Weighs a ton! Beautifully made with three cedar stringers and a tail block under a mountain of volan and resin. Really nice rocker and outline for such an old board. I'm guessing '63-'64 by the shape of the D fin and plan shape. Still a hint of velzy in there. But I could be wrong so feel free to set me straight.
