Used Epoxy Lam resin filled with as much chop roving as it will take and then cast in a special mould that I made up. Then drilled and taped to M12 x 1.5 for the vent plug. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy.

Custom Vent plug fitting
This is a custom retro fit vent plug for a beautiful hollow wooden board that started life as a wall hanger and will now grace the waves. Doing a custom Hatchet fin for it as well. s
