Skinning the blank. A new brand of blank on this one for me, always a bit different. This is a 10.1 RSA Blanks with custom rocker from the Spider factory in Durban and so far I'm impressed.Nice even consistency of foam and the rocker was exactly what I ordered. The Fin for this board is a custom fancy wood glass-on version of a big Knost shape that I poached. Gonna be awesome.

Custom Vent plug fitting

This is a custom retro fit vent plug for a beautiful hollow wooden board that started life as a wall hanger and will now grace the waves. Doing a custom Hatchet fin for it as well. s Used Epoxy Lam resin filled with as much chop roving as it will take and then cast in a special mould that I made up. Then drilled and taped to M12 x 1.5 for the vent plug. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy.

One set in for a sharpen and the fresh set tuned and jigged up ready for action. Hammer Time!
